We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and checks and money orders for all orders.  Please view our Customer Service Page for payment details and ordering information.

Orders placed cannot be cancelled once placed.  Due to the fact that many of our vintage t-shirts are shipped from other distributors we often do not have control in cancelling an order.  The order process begins immediately after your order is placed and you are generally charged upon shipping.  If you have made an error in your order please contact us immediately.  Many of our orders are shipped out within 24 hours and most ship out within 2-4 business days.  However, there are some instances where an order is on backorder in which case it will ship in 5-15 business days.  If 20 business days has elapsed and your order has not shipped you may then request a refund.  Although our in stock order system is a good rule of thumb, it is not always 100% accurate as we obtain our vintage t-shirts from many different vendors and the stock levels are not always in real time.  If part of your order is backordered and unavailable those items will be removed from the order and the remainder will ship.  Please keep this in mind when placing an order.  We cannot cancel an order if part of your order is unavailable.

Exchanges/Returns/Refunds

If you purchased a t-shirt and need to exchange it you must first contact us with your order number so that we can issue a return authorization number. 

Be sure to return all merchandise to the address we provide when we issue the RAC as many of our items are shipped directly from our distributors and a return or exchange can not be completed unless it is sent to us.  Please include your order number and return authorization number.  We will then issue a coupon code that you can use to order the proper shirt size.  You will need to pay for shipping to ship the new t-shirt.

If your order is shipped via a distributor of ours and you send back to them, you must contact us first and we will issue a store credit code for the value of the item returned upon receipt of the unwashed merchandise.  You will not receive a refund of returned merchandise.  Please disregard any distributors packing slips and follow these instructions so you can receive the store credit on our site

We only issue refunds if the item sent is damaged and we do not have the product available.  We cannot accept any t-shirt once it is washed. 

Shipping Rates:

You can view our shipping rates by adding items to your card and going to the checkout page.  There is a flat shipping rate for each order which varies depending on country and an additional charge of generally $1.00 per item.  If you are in the United States you will also have the ability to upgrade your shipping to overnight.  This does not always mean you will receive the item the next day but once shipped it will get there over night.  Normal processing time will still apply but when shipped your order will be shipped overnight.
