Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Pimpyourshirts.com's shipping costs are based on the country you live in and the amount of items in your order.  If in the United States, you will be given several shipping options with prices next to them.  Please note:  If we are shipping your order outside of the USA you must choose the STANDARD shipping option at checkout.  The other options are for USA shipping only.  If you choose the incorrect method we will adjust and charge you the proper amount.

Q: When exactly will my order ship?
A: Most of our orders ship out of our warehouse or our partners warehouses within 24 hours.  However many orders ship out in 2-4 business days.  Occasionally an order is on backorder and could take 5-15 business days to ship.  Please use our stock levels as an approximate guide to whether an item is in stock.  While they are usually accurate, there are times where they are not 100% correct due to large orders placed.  The stock level system is not in real time. 

Q: Is it safe to place my order online
A: Yes.  Your order is 100% Secure. In fact we do not even see your credit card information. Your order is placed over the credit card processing companies secure server. All of your information is kept completely private.

Q: What Payment Methods do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX as well as Paypal for all orders. We also accept United States Checks and Money Orders in US Currency.  If paying via check or money order choose that option at checkout and printout your order to include with your payment.

Q: What is the Measurement of a Particular Vintage T-Shirt
A: Unfortunately, it is impossible to tell you how every t-shirt will fit.  We work with tons of distributors and tons of manufacturers.  The size of each of their t-shirts is slightly different.  For example an American Apparel t-shirt will not fit the same as Haines t-shirt will fit.  In fact sometimes even their own t-shirts fit differently. Be sure to see our Average Size Chart viewable at the bottom of any page.  In the future we may publish a guide on each particular brand.
